Really disappointed in the service and have been going to similar nail bars for many years. They were understaffed but still no excuse for rushed and poor quality service. I had a shellac taken off and on £25 (£5 more than I have been charged anywhere else). The staff were quite rough and really rushed through and the results speak for themselves. Although I didn't ask for manicure I have never been anywhere where they doesn't at least file and prep your nails. Polish itself is messy and not to edges of nails. There are bits of fluff and Nail polish brush under and within the polish. When I tried to point this out the the guy he looked and then ignored me and rushed through. Really disappointed and a waste of my money
