I ordered a cab 5 hours in advance from the airport which was confirmed and was advised that someone will be waiting for us when we land. After waiting at the taxi point for 15 minutes i called the company and was told that they will find out where our driver is and will receive a call back within 5 minutes. 20 minutes after this i had still not received a call back so once again i called them and was patched through to the same operator. All he had to say was that there are no cab drivers available at this time and he had no sympathy for the fact that a family of 6 with small children stood outside the airport after a very long flight on a freezing night waiting for a cab that was never coming. I would NEVER call this cab company again they lack simple customer service skills, also fyi we had to use Addison Lee which were already outside the airport which was £40 cheaper
