- Khalada Begum Review added: 2018.05.24★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Its a shame that 1 or 2 of the receptionist are rude. Most of the ladies are lovely and helpful. This been my family surgery for a very long time and had good service. Now there's few staffs letting it down by not listening properly and give us the right information, its hard enough calling 8am in the morning with children to take to school for 8.30am and no answer after 15mints only to find out the doctor is fully booked or not in, then you have the receptionist being rude. PLEASE SORT YOUR STAFF. give them more customer service training maybe?. Letting the surgery down ladies.
