I receive my Sky TV services through a communal satelitte system supported by Love Digital. I have ongoing problems with my TV services due to initial installation / conversion problems by Love Digital and then ongoing failures to resolve. Every engineering call requires chasing by the customer. You are never informed of cancellations, updates or changes and progress only happens, in my experience, when you badger them really hard. Shocking service. You may be stuck with them but if you can avoid and use a more reliable company then I urge you to do so.
