On a busy Saturday afternoon, a lady customer walked in and wasn't sure how many were queuing up to be served. She checked with others and said "excuse me" to the shop keeper (not the usual chap who sells here). The shopkeeper replied rudely to the woman. After few words interchanged the lady left the place. The shop keeper talked ill of her, another man who spoke for her and the entire ethnic group after they all left in front of other customers.
