Sam is very friendly and offers gentle guidance to anyone during the class, if they need it, ensuring that everyone takes the most out of it. I really enjoyed the challenge of the positions suggested by Sam and I felt very energized and peaceful aftewards! The relaxation at the end of the session along with the combination of the relaxation music, lighting and a light smell of incense was perfect!
