They were so friendly and welcoming...
We just had to take VISA photos and they were flexible and did it without an appointment - we went there near closure time and they did it with out any regrets - the other photo studio in the vicinity were only ready to open an appointment 1 week from today - just for a VISA shot - that was so inflexible..
The gentlemen in BWP were very friendly and handled us very well - my little kido wanted to play on the horse and they were open for it and gave her a Joly ride - made some interesting horse sounds and made her so happy...
This is truly customer extesy - service at its best!
They also did a card game with some numbers - we were totally amazed at the experience we had at this store yesterday.
Btw the photos for my wife and kids were done within minutes!
